EN854 Textile Reinforced Rubber Hoses:
EN 854 1TE/2TE/3TE textile reinforced hydraulic hose is suitable for delivering petroleum or water-based hydraulic fluids, oil & water emulsions and aqueous glycol solutions. It is mainly used in the machine building industry and hydraulic equipment. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. The tube is made from high quality black, smooth and oil resistant synthetic rubber, making it widely used to deliver hydraulic fluids. The reinforcement is made from one or more layers of braided textile, making the hose have smaller bending radius. And the hose is lightweight and flexible. The cover is made from high quality synthetic rubber, which is resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging and sunlight. Therefore, the cover makes the hose have longer service life.
1)Hose special selection made with synthetic rubber with excellent oil resistance, heat aging resistance.
2)Hose high pressure, pulse performance.
3)tube tightly, use a soft, small deformation under pressure.
4)hose has excellent resistance around the song and fatigue resistance.
5)weaving, winding hose length, can be even up to ten meters or even one hundred meters or more.
CONSTRUCTION:
Hoses shall consist of an oil and water resistant synthetic rubber lining, one or more layers of suitable textile yarn and an oil and weather resistant rubber cover.
APPLICATIONS:
1.Hydraulic fluids in accordance with ISO 6743-4 with the exception of HRD R, HFD S and HFD T at temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +100℃;
2. Water-based fluids at temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +70℃
3. Water at temperatures ranging from 0℃ to +70℃.
